  • Social media promotions
  • Influencer marketing
  • Video editing or content creation
  • Event management
  • Press releases and PR services 

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a booked service under the following conditions:

  • 72+ hours before the project start date: Full refund (minus any processing fees)
  • 48–72 hours before the project start date: 50% refund
  • Less than 48 hours before the project start date: No refund
  • Note: If work has already begun, we may deduct charges for completed work or time spent.

 

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment or billing error
  • Failure to deliver the agreed-upon service, as outlined in a written agreement or proposal
  • Service cancellation by us due to internal reasons or inability to fulfill the commitment
  • Refunds are not applicable once a campaign has been executed, posted, or distributed.

  • Please include your invoice number, project name, and reason for the refund. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

 

5. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Non-Refundable Items
  • Consultation fees 
  • Third-party ad spend (e.g., Facebook/Google Ads budgets already used)
  • Work already delivered or partially completed
  • Time-based retainers or monthly service packages once the period has begun
